These terms of use (the "Terms") govern access to and use of the website rialtokernel.ai (the "Site"). The Site is published by OMOTE ADVISORY (the "Publisher"). Any use of the Site constitutes unreserved acceptance of the Terms in force.

Only a signed agreement binds the Publisher.
4. Demo request
The contact form allows users to request a demonstration. Users undertake to provide accurate, up-to-date information. The Publisher is under no obligation to follow up on a request and reserves the right to disregard any enquiry unrelated to its business.
5. Intellectual property
The Site and each of its elements are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of the Publisher. Users are granted a personal, non-exclusive right to consult the Site. 11. Governing law
The Terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable settlement, any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance shall be brought before the competent courts of Paris, subject to mandatory legal provisions.
